Drawing a quadratic graph

A quadratic graph has the shape of a parabola. Let us look at the diagram of a quadratic curve.

1) A quadratic graph has a minimun of maximum point.

2) There is a line of symmetry at the minimum point.

3) The smaller the numeral of a, the wider the graph opens.

Points to take note when you draw a graph:

1) Please label the y-axis and x-axis.

2) Use a suitable scale such that your graph is more than half the size of a graph paper.

3) Create a table of values of x and y.

4) You need at least 5 coordinates for sketching a graph.

5) Label your quadractic graph.
